Anybody have a uterine sling and then have a TAH later?

I have a uterine sling that was placed 2 years ago. Last week my doctor said she is sending me to another GYN that is more seasoned in TAH w/ a uterine sling because it is more complicated and there are high risk factors. If I was not scared before I really am now. Please, I would really like to know if anyone else has/had the same thing.

I never had a uterine sling so I don't have a personal experience to share with you. I pray that everything goes well for you and your surgery is very uneventful. Hang in there!
