home!

i'm home and 10 days post op...doing great....sore, but it gets better every day.....had a spinal along with a general anesthetic, i highly recommend it, was pain free the first 24 hrs.....had TVH, once they got my HUGE uterus off my bladder no repairs needed!!....my doc also thinks that perhaps my interstitial cystitis diagnosis was wrong, that this has been the problem all along...i know my bladder feels better already...PRAISE GOD!....truly the waiting is the hardest part...

Welcome home..I so love hearing these stories as my surgery is in 10 days...I am getting the spinal, doc already told me, thank God!!!!! She said best advice I received from this board, and she is right! So, thanks for the confidence in my decision..

So glad you are home safe and sound and just a little sore. Be a good princess....no nature hikes, that Appalachian trail hike will have to wait till next year...right?
