As long as the incision is not red, hot or swollen it's probably normal. The incision is closed at different levels and you might be feeling an internal suture pulling. I'm 5 mos out and every once and awhile I get these little twinges from that incision, not painful, but enough to notice. Hope your recovery goes smoothly and take the time to rest and heal completely.
