huge bowel movement tip for post op

Ive noticed most women have issues with bowel movement post op...I on the other hand..with using what im about to tell you, had my 1st one 3days post op with zero pain and have continued to have them regularly. I took stool s ofteners the day of my surgery (I asked for some in the hospital) & continued taking them at home...but what I swear by is this...SMOOTHIES!!! 1 part veggie (ive used carrots, cucumber or spinach), 2 part fruit (all are amazing but I tend to lean toward atleast 1 part banana since its a stronger taste), 1 thing of activa yogurt & for juice PRUNE JUICE...now let me say I am not a big fam of prune juice but as we know its much needed for sluggish bowels and let me tell you, in this combination it tastes amazing!!!! Sometimes I put part prune juice and part almond milk. Hope you try this & it helps you like it has helped me because I know no one wants to be backed up! Oh yea and of coarse walking and drinking tons of water helps also!! :-)
