Hysterectomy: February 16th, 2006

Surgery Type: TAH/SAH

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

sore stomach 4 months

Just started a balance ball since I had permission to "try" crunches. some days I can lay on it and do about 2 sets of 10 slight roll ups. On my off days I sit on it and try to see how much I can just balance with minimal touching the ground [imagine tippy toes here].

As for the rest, walking seems to be the easiest to try and reduce swelling for now.
