New pain 12 weeks after TAH/BSO

Should I worry about this?

I have developed pain in my left groin and my pelvic area and lower back aches constantly. This has started only a week or so ago.

I had a hysterectomy and oophorectomy Feb. 8th this year. During my recovery, about 3 weeks post-op, I developed pneumonia. This has cleared all up. But during the pneumonia, I sure coughed violently. I am wondering if this is related maybe to this new pain.

Any suggestions?

Dear Wallan I'm not sure what this pain could be. Have you been checked out at the docs lately. I'm also nearly twelve weeks post op and some of my groin pain is due to me ovulating but as you had all that removed I'm not sure what it can be. Groin pain could still be to do with scar tissue and nerve endings healing. Not sure if this is much help. Do see the docs as soon as possible.

Hi my sah was Feb 7. I would call the dr to see what they say. It may be normal. It may just be the nerves waking up again. but it does not hurt to call the dr to make sure. Hope you feel better.
