Almost 6 weeks post hysterectomy - severe fatigue

I am almost 6 weeks post op and have horrible fatigue and insomnia. I had everything removed including ovaries and cant have HRT due to endometriosis for the first 5 months. Does it get better? I have high blood pressure. Is there any natural products I can use for the fatigue or the insomnia?

Try melatonin. You can get it anywhere you get vitamins. It might help you sleep. Make sure you have 8 hours to sleep. Benadryl helps too.
