4 weeks post hysterectomy: recovery is not going as planned am I the only one with these issues

Progress is not going so well . What I expected to be an out patient surgery turned into a week long experience. I lost 3 units of blood during the surgery which caused me to have a blood transfusion two days later. I had an adverse reaction to the anesthesia making it difficulty for me to wake up after the surgery. As of now I am still quite sore and get very tired after about 4 hours. On top of a
all that I have a 9cm blood clot that has formed in my lower abdomen
