granulation tissue

I had my hysterectomy on March 13,2015 and had grandulation tissue burned off a couple days ago. Does anyone know how long I should be cramping from that procedure. I have to go back in a week and possibly have another burning

I didn't have silver nitrate applied to my vaginal cuff, but I did have it on my episiotomy as it healed. It smarted, and had some icky discharge for a while. Did your doctor give your any information about what to expect? If the cramping is bad, I would call the office now before they close for the weekend. I would expect the cramping wouldn't last more than a couple days. Here is an article:
