I don't think they can just scoop it out I really believe you have to have a surgeron that will do the tummy tuck at the same time. That is if you can get them both free at the same time. This is all hear say since I wasn't fornuate enough to get one. So go ahead and search and if you do get that fairy godmother see if she won't stop by my house and maybe do a little after hyst clean up. God bless.
