Pre Op done and over with now no bowel prep woooohooooo so I am off to the castle Wednsday morning. Had a very good sticker he didnt even hurt me when he drawed blood , chest exray looked good and so did EKG. Now if I can just get over the gitters then I think I will make it threw. Going shopping with DD tomorrow and spend the rest of the weekend with my wonderful DH things wont get to bad till Monday morning when they all leave me again then I will be here to bug you gals to take away my gitters lol.

I too had my pre-op today. (op on 8/13) The insurance proceedings were harder than having my blood drawn. I took a tour of women's unit of the hospital. Too bad it is right down the hall from the mother and baby wing. I found that first. Then everything hit me like a ton of bricks. Thoughts of not having a sibling for my DD (10), what life would be like after, will I be the same person?
It's driving me nuts. I just to get it over with!
I think of the sisters everyday that may be have their op's and say a little prayer for them.

Congrats an having such a good pre op. have fun shopping with your DD, buy yourself something pretty
