Sleeping positions

I'm a side sleeper but I move from side to side during the night. I start out with one pillow supporting my stomach and one at my back. At least three times a night I wake up with pillows on the floor and not feeling so great. I can really relate to the feeling like things are moving in there (and here I thought being stuck at home was making me imagine things). The only problem with all the pillows is that it gets really hot.

Sleeping positions

I am 2 wks post op, the first wk I could only sleep on my back often with me knees up, now I can sleep on both my sides without the aid of a pillow but still need to switch positions during the night.
I hope you will be able to do this soon at least then you will get a good nights sleep it makes all the difference it's when you are sleeping you are healing the most.
Best Wishes for your recovery,
Elaine.
