Still having tingling pain after 18 mos

HI....I had a total hyst 18 mos ago with laparoscopy. I'm having tingling and burning pain in my abdomen and down to my knees and around my back. It worsens with excerise and it's constant 24/7. It gets better but doesn't really go away. Exercising or standing on my feet tends to exacerbate it. Any ideas on what's causing this?

I'm sorry you've been experiencing this pain since surgery. Obviously, we can't diagnose your particular condition, but I think this is definitely worth a trip to the doctor to see what's going on, if you haven't already been seen.

Although I didn't experience this, I have read that nerve damage can cause the type of pain you're experiencing. Nerves can take many months to regenerate completely. But again, I don't know if this is what's going on with you. Only your doctors can make a diagnosis.

In the meantime, I hope another (((sister))) will come along who has experience with this and can add further insight for you.
