sore bottom

I am 10 days post op still have a catheter(TVH & bladder and urethra slings) I have gone out two times this week and sat in wheelchair at store so I wouldnt over due. Both times I came home and my bottom is sore and even still burning this morning and its been 18 hrs. since sitting. have others been through this and do you have any recomendations to help with comfort? I debating about looking for some sort of donut.

I had repairs (rectocele) and I had sore bottom for 6 weeks. I lounged mostly at home and when I sat it, was on a pillow. I have heard of the donut helping a lot.

Hang in there, rest and things do get better with healing and time.

i had my cath for 7 days and sitting 90% angle was the worst for me to .. I mostly lounged till it was removed ...good luck
