Finally have a date!

Well, I've been waiting for the last two months for my Dr. To come back from a leave of abstance. I got the call on Friday that my surgery date is May 28th! So soon, but I'm very glad that I can get on with it before the summer.
I have a bunch of appt. next week starting Tuesday as Monday is Victoria Day and it's a holiday.
Very nervous, but ready for whatever is thrown at me. Bring it on!

I'm this week, so just a little ahead of you. It will come in no time, as I am finding...almost here. Good luck!

I am glad you finally have your date!

May 28th will be here before you know it...

Thanks for the kind words. It's been a busy few days for me. I've had to ween my daughter who was ready anyways and get her to go to bed without any help from me. My husband will be busy with her when I go in. Luckily I also have a 12 year old who can help out. All will work out in the end!

The last few days can be a real whirlwind. Just continue to keep yourself busy... it helps take your mind off the situation. And certain things have to be taken care of anyway for preparation for your recovery.

I am glad you have a big girl DD to help you and DH out with things.
