Vaginal spasms 6 1/2 months post hysterectomy

I am having spasms off and on like you would have if you had orgasm but without it being pleasurable. Almost like involuntary small kegels. Anyone had same issue? It is weird.

Hi, I know this answer is late but I have these spasms. I had my hysterectomy in April of 2011. The spasms are actually debilitating for me and can become severely painful. I thought the cancer was back, but my screening came back all clear (yay!). The doc says that the muscles in there are spasming and knotting up. My back does this, too. She suggested some kind of pelvic floor therapy but I cannot afford that. I have started doing Kegel exercises in the hopes it will help. How is your condition faring?
