Tugging down there?

Hi ladies. I have a question!! I'm starting my 4th week post op from TLH, and I've been feeling some pain down below. It's not constant, but more when, in the sitting position, I lean forward and feel a tug/pull sensation from my vagina. I'm unaware of what kind of stitching was done, as my vagina has been declared a "no fly zone" so I've just left it alone. Can anyone give me advice, or maybe have felt this and know what it is? I've scared myself half to death by Googling "vaginal pain after hysterectomy", so I figure I'd ask the experts here! No bleeding, fever, or anything accompanies this tug...just weird :-) Thanks ladies!!!
