scar not healing?

I'm 2 months post op and back to work (which I sit and do nothing all day!) I had TVH and have the 3 incisions 2 have healed and are basically gone but one on the left is still red and "tender" today at work I got some sharp "pain" on the left side it was very uncomfortable last year I had a cyst and half my left ovary removed I know I should be calling the doctor but I'm here seeing if anyone else has had similar problems because I can't deal with going to anymore doctors and proding and probing rght now
Also has anyone ever heard of having TVH and not having any cuts in your abdomen? A girl I work with says she has no cuts on her it was actually all done vaginally so she just has stitches inside

I don't have any pain but 2 of my 3 incisions have small spots that like to open up and drain. And they itch like crazy. I am almost 8 weeks post op and I posted about this a few days ago. A very helpful lady told me it may be an encapsulated stitch which has not dissolved.
