Natural solution to long term constipation

I am 9 months post op and up until 2 months ago, living on Miralax every day or so. I would like to share what has gotten me off of it and makes me feel wonderful. This takes a few days to work.

Every morning I make a smoothie. I have a smoothie maker but this can be done in a regular blender as well.

Silk brand Vanilla Almond milk.
fresh strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, banana or any combination you like. You can just use one if you perfer. Blend together and drink! It's that easy.

This and drinking plenty of water throughout the day has kept me regular for the past 2 months without the need for any type of stool softener.
