Sore neck glands 11 days after hysterectomy. Already on antibiotics for infection

hi. Just wondering if anyone else has had this. I had a temp 6days post op and felt fluey. Consultants gave me antibiotics. Started feeling better but last night I woke up feeling fluey again but with no temp. My neck glands have been v sore since op too. Other posts seem to suggest this stops relatively quickly usually. This may not be connected but both times it's happening I also feel I need have a bm. Sorry if tmi but wondering if it could be connected. Any info would help as otherwise I'm doing really well.

I don't know if if has anything to do with a BM, but AI do know my neck was sore for a while post op. I chalked it up to being in the bed or inactive so much. Of course, it could be a sign of infection, and you should let your doctor know. Personally, I used to sit in a chair and roll my head first to the right, and then to the left, taking a whole minute to make a circle, otherwise my massage therapist thought I could give myself a headache. My neck muscles were very tight. It's definitely worth consulting a professional about.
