Question about hormones and what's the norm after hysterectomy

Hi ya, folks! My question is...

Well first let me tell you that I've had a uterus and cervix vaginal hysterectomy a month ago.

Will I still get all of the normal PMS stuff as before including the sore nipples? I know that hormones shouldn't really be changing but I was just curious about that one thing mostly.. It's been such an annoying part of my cycle for the last 4 years I suppose.
Um also my sex drive.... Before starting my period every month...let's just say my poor husband had to hide from me... It seems insatiable!

Since you have ovaries, and they cycle hormones (they have no idea you don't have a uterus), then PMS will be the same. The only difference is no period. And it is fairly common to have an increase in libido after hysterectomy. Sounds like you are doing fine. If it bothers you too much, ask your doctor.
