anyone else had hysterectomy and bladder.
I haven't got a date scheduled yet, but I'm going to have a part hysterectomy and bladder. I'm really nervous, I've never had a surgery before. I don't know what type of surgery there going to do.
Can anyone tell me what there experience was with hysterectomy and bladder.....how long is the recovery?

I had a hysterectomy w/ A&P repairs, including bladder sling and mesh tape in February.
Is that what you're talking about? Do you have a prolapsed bladder?

Well, I went back to work after only 2 weeks, part time. That was WAY to soon! I would give it at least 4 weeks before you go back. Be nice to your body...let it heal. I'm now wondering if some of my "problems" are from overdoing it too soon!

anyone else had hysterectomy and bladder.
I had a LAVH and a bladder "lift", I feel great. It's nice to cough without peeing myself. LOL
