Pelvic Pain 5 months post-op

I've been feeling wonderful until the past 2-3 days. I have been having SEVERE pelvic pain, almost the exact feeling/severity I was having pre-op. I had a LSH with both Ovaries removed. It's really worrying me. I assumed I'd never feel pain anything close to what I had felt before. Has anyone else had any lower pelvic pain with LSH/BSO? My hope is... it isnt endo returning.

I'm sorry you're having pain again. I hope it's not the endo returning. If the pain is SEVERE, I think you should give your doctor a call.

I agree, you need to let your doctor know. And yes, I hope it is not endo returning, but that is a good possibility actually, especially since you are using HRT.

Any endo that was not removed or was microscopic so it was not detected, could be feeding off of your HRT causing pain.

We have decided my lower pelvic pain is related to endo, adhesions, and IBS. I have endo on my bowel walls so when it is flared, my IBS flares as well.
