Aaaaaaaagghhhh!!!!!!

This is my cry of real & anticipated pain!! My lower half female parts are killing me & I am leaving in 5 minutes to get a mammogram. My first mammogram & ultra sound came up abnormal so I'm getting this new one to let the doctors compare with my first one. Then tomorrow I'm off to the castle for my hyst & possible biopsy of my breast. EVERYthing will hurt!!! I am SO not looking forward to this MASH-O-GRAM!!!

Aaaaaaaagghhhh!!!!!!

Hi:
Just wanted to give you some words of encouragement. I was in the exact same predicament 2 weeks ago.
I was scheduled for my hyst and then my mammo came back abnormal too. After a visit to the surgeon we decided the biopsy and hyst would be done at the same time. Soooooooooooo
on June 12 off to the castle I went.
I was much more nervous about the biopsy than the hyst due to the fact that my mom had had bilateral mastectomies for ca.
The biopsy was the worst part as I had a needle localization type. It was NOT fun during the placement of the needle but you may have a different kind.
Anyway, my path came back All Clear (yeah!!!!!!!!!) so keep the faith. I go for my post op appts on Thurs to both surgeon and gyn so from here it is all down hill.
Let me know if you have any questions. Good Luck and Keep Smiling.

Clear Liquids!!!

HEY!!!!

Thanks for all your kind words!!! My mammo came out great & it is actually smaller than the first film showed. Hey, Does Vodka qualify as a clear liquid? I'm about to start my diarreah explosion medicine in 30 minutes. Is it OK to get drunk!!?? I'm a little scared! Tomorrow's the day!!!

Hey there Noot6...Vodka sounds good to me but I figure it won't be on the clear liquid list. Really great news about the mash-o-gram.
One of the sisters suggested using those little feel better medicated wipes in the potty room. Don't know the name!
Guess it is too late now anyway.

We'll be thinking of you,
Maralyn
