7 weeks post hysterectomy and doing pretty good but spotting after walking

Hi! I'm on my 7th week and things are going ok. I finally feel semi normal again and my bladder spasms are calming down. I still haven't been released to have intercourse or exercise. The Dr said I was healing well but to wait 10 weeks. If I do walk a good bit I start to spot some. Does anyone else have this issue this far out? The Dr said that's my body telling me to slow down. This has definitely been a rough surgery but hopefully each day will continue to get better from here on out.

Hey, Sister! Did you have a TAH? I did and my recovery has been slower than I expected. I did quit spotting on week 5 but I get tired very easily. I too am healing well, but have been told to wait until 10 weeks for sex. Hang in there. We are through the worst of it. Every day we are getting better and soon we will have our lives back and better health! Hugs! 💗
