Help

I had my hyst all most a year ago. The dr left my left overy and a small pice of my cervex. For the last 5 months off and on I will have some to a lot of spotting I have toled the dr and have had a utlra sounds. the only thing they can find is a small cyst on my left overy witch can be normial the only reason they left that one is because I was so young 31. I was wondering if anyone could help me . I feal that something is worng. I know this is not normal I dont think. I had my hyst because of very heavy bleading and right overy cysts. I am kind of tired of this. and scence I have a small pice of cervex left I still have to have a pap and now they are coming up a tipical. Has anyone gone through this same thing. I am just looking for some ancers that the Dr is not giving me

Have you considered going for a second opinion? Doesn't sound ike it would be unreasonable at all.

Help

Hi Jean,

I'm sorry to hear of your troubles. Have you asked about possible mini periods? When all or part of the cervix is left you can still have periods, although, they are usually slight. I would suppose your dr has mentioned this to you, but wanted to ask if you have ruled this out.
I think the second opinion is also a very a good idea.

's, Rita
