Upcoming DandC

I am having a DandC with a hysterscopy on Monday morning. Can you gals share your recovery tips for me. I'll be honest -I'm kinda scared. I have never done good with any type of surgery since I have a tendency to bleed more than most people after surgery.

I had the same thing. I woke up, asked for a cracker and juice because I was starving. Went to the bathroom and went home. I don't remember any pain. I actually felt better after because I had a PMS headache and the drugs knocked it right out. Rested the rest if the day. I had hyperplasia which she treated wit 3 months of progesterone.

I had d & c with lap 3 months ago. Woke up with pain and the nurses quickly sorted that. Had to wear support stockings for 24 hours. Couldn't sleep laying down that night had to sleep sitting up due to gas pain and lap stitches. Only little spotting. Did get two uti's after needing antibiotics. 3 months on very happy. No more spotting just my period. Still heavy but only 2 days heavy. Pain reduced and stomach 2 inches smaller. Will definitely get another. It's Just like a good clean out.

Had one last year, first time I and ever been put to sleep. It was fine. Took my Dr about 20 minutes. Spent about 2 hours in my room waking up fully. I did wear a pad home for some bleeding and spotted a few days but nothing major. I didn't have any pain or cramping.
