low back pain 18 months post-op

I had a laparoscopic vaginally assisted hysterectomy April of 2016. Since then I have had chronic low back pain. I cannot walk more than 50ft without my back seizing up. Has anyone else suffered from low back pain post hysterectomy? If so, have you sought treatment and had a good outcome? TIA.

I suffered from lower back too. Had mri done recently and it shows bulging disc or slight slipped disc partly due to weak muscles after hysterectomy. Treatment shall be to be on pain killer when had the pain, do more lower back muscle strengthening exercise, avoid carry items more than 10 % of your total body weight, go for physio treatment. I find that a hot shower will relieve some of my lower back pain and yoga relaxes my lower back pulling muscle sensation. I am also taking neurobion, a vitamin b supplement recommended by othopaedic surgeon.
