LAVH: Placed my order for post hysterectomy binder!

Placed my order tonight after trying all day for my binder!!! I'm excited to get it and praying it helps!!! I sooo needed one for all my past laparoscopies!!! So I HAD to get one for this! Now to get thru all
this anxiousness until June 3rd!!!! 😣

I am still completely uninformed in everything hysterectomy related. Can someone explain the benefits of the binders?

Hi Debbie!
The binder just helps hold things still so to speak. After each of my lap surgeries for Endo I always put a pillow against my belly button when I would move and actually the more surgeries I had the more I wanted something against the incisions at all times. It helped when I would lay on my side or just walking around. What's great is the binder comes with the cold/hot packs and I know I'm gonna love that! My poor heating pad is gonna enjoy the break! Lol! ����
