Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

Two weeks post hysterectomy: Hot flashes

Since my TVH, I have had an increase in frequency and intensity of hot flashes. Is this normal even though I still have my ovaries?

I kept my ovaries also. It's been 2 years and I finally was put on hrt. Even though you have your ovaries- they are in a bit of shock!
