Two months post hysterectomy: Weird vaginal sensation - bladder?

Two months after and I feel ok. Except I have this odd sensation down below. I can't quite explain it other than the vagina tingles uncomfortably almost like a bladder infection feeling. I have no pain during intercourse but I do think it's very dry inside. Anyone else get something like that? And my hips hurt after sitting. They never did that before. Thoughts ladies?
