Swelly Belly Band Question

I had the davinci on Tuesday. I have terrible gas and my belly is swollen. Has anyone used the belly band after davinci and did it help?

I do believe some women have used the support binder after a daVinci surgery.

I kept it on constantly for 2 weeks after my DaVinci. I had gotten a horrible cold with a bad cough and keeping the band on made coughing much easier. Plus my Dr told me the band helps your stomach heal back flatter. So I kept it on, and I dont know if it helped or not, but I was wearing my tight jeans just a couple days post op. It just made getting up and down and walking pain free for me.

i have used mine alot but had to take it off today due to one of my incisions is really sore and it was making it worse but other then that ithelps with getting up and down and coughing to the point that i didnt hurt so bad with things but now that i dont have it on i am hurting more go figure
