Constant lower back pain/discomfort 3 weeks post hysterectomy

I am 3 weeks post op daVinci hyst and lt ovary removal. I had stage 4 endometriosis. I feel pretty good except I always have low back pain or discomfort. This is similar to the pain I felt pre op. I had a large endometrioma on my left ovary as well. Is this just a normal post op occurrence or maybe something more? My dr said there was endo on my bowel also, I just worry that there is still some in there, which I know is common.

I had my laproscpoy surgery today amd have had awful low back pain since I came too. Dr said could be some gas locked or how I was positioned on the table.
