6 weeks post vaginal hysterectomy

It's been about 6 weeks since my vaginal hystectomy. The first 10-12 I couldn't have a BM. I felt like I had to go. My dr told me to use Miralax. I did that for about 4 days, drank water, coffee and stool softeners....Nothing work. My dr then suggested an enima....nothing. I next tried the fleet liquid suppositories it worked in seconds. I go now. I still have a light red and sometimes brown discharge. It smells horrible! They said its normal, but it doesn't smell normal. other than that... I'm good. For some reason when I sit for a while, when I get up it feels real heavy in my stomach and kind of sore.

Oh and by the way, I've had orgasms in my sleep. They are so intense. Wow!! Anybody else experiencing this?

I have been having bowel problems since surgery. I almost was 'normal' then had to drink the barium for a CT which gave me diarrhea. The doctor said miralax. I had been taking stool softeners, then went to milk of mag which was working. My problem is not constipation but a tight sphincter muscle that does not like to open much so I get hard right at the rectum. I have been using the miralax for 2 weeks then decided to stop and see if I still will go. When I started it, it took 3 days for one, 6 for a good one. Now I just do a little a day. I much prefer and good one so I feel 'empty' inside. It has been 2 days without miralax and so far still doing some each day.

As for the orgasms - others have talk about that happening, so is perfectly normal.
