soreness

It's been 6 weeks since I had my hystorectomy.
They took out my ovaries as well.
My body has not healed as fast as it should have. The Doc. extended my recoop another 4 weeks with no lifting.
My question is, is it normal to feel brused this long after surgery?
The spotting has stopped and I feel like I've finally started to heal except for feeling very sore in crotch area. Making it hard to sit. once I've sat down I'm ok. I can't stand to be on my feet for very long either.

soreness

Oh yes...I am 12 weeks and I am still sore lower pelvic...especially after I sit on a chair at my computer and
then get up after an hour or so...I have to bend over to walk
until I feel better : (

I think I'm an overdoer...but I think more so (since I am VERY careful) that it just takes some people longer to heal.....I have just started treating myself to a heating pad and lie down for an hour a day....and once before I go to bed! (helps w/swelly belly too)
