cystocele treatable with pelvic floor exercises

I am 8 weeks into recovery and am doing well. However I fear may have developed a cystocele-has anyone ever experienced this and were you able to resolve this via pelvic floor exercise?

Has your doctor confirmed the cystocele or does it just feel like a prolapse to you? First thing is to be examined by your doctor. You doctor can refer you to pelvic floor PT to work on strengthening your pelvic floor. I would also ask for a prescription of vaginal estrogen like Estrace cream or Vagifem which also helps strengthen the vaginal walls.
