Acid Reflux UUUGGGHHHH!

I have never experienced this until this surgery and now it is KILLING me.

I'm leary of meds as I heard they can effect your hormone levels and am looking for something natural.

My cousin said she always puts one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar into a full glass of warm water and it fixes it. Anyone try this and did it interfer with HRT?

I'm calling the doc too but just wanted some expert opinions!

(((gsb))) What types of meds are you considering for the acid reflux, and what type of HRT's are you on? If you are not using oral HRT's, I doubt that the meds for acid reflux would interact with your HRT.

I've had success with the apple cider vinegar re: acid reflux, but I cut the taste with a bit of honey. I also saw improvement with my liver function levels with the vinegar. Good idea to discuss with the dr.
