Upcoming hysterectomy 8/1 - gadzooks! it's really happening

Hello lovely ladies, I've been checking in on this site for a few weeks ever since my consultant told me I have to have a TAH.. ovaries, cervix are all to get the boot! Elevated ca125 blood tests keep going up. I
Well, I've JUST got my date and I'm in on Monday 1st August @10.00 gulp!..and I can tell you I have mixed emotions.
My concerns are that I struggle daily with walking ( I'm registered disabled) I have neurological pain 24/7, M.E/ CFS & possible lyme disease(test results inconclusive) I find it so difficult to get through a normal day that I'm concerned this is going to finish me off!
My largest penduculated fibroid(alien bubba) is 20-24 weeks or the size of a cantaloupe. I'm iron deficient, have acid reflux, digestive problems, exhaustion and generally feel like life is over for me. I've been told that a vertical incision is the only way for this to be removed due to the size of it. I'm hoping this hysterectomy will give me some quality back in my life but the thought of more problems fills me with dread. Anyone else had neurological pain that was relieved by this procedure. Thanks for listening x
