TVH 4 mo. Post op happy with results

I have to say, I am so glad I went through with the hysterectomy. If I had believed everything I read on the Internet, I never would have done it. I didn't know how much pain I was in from Adenomyosis until I had the surgery and knew immediately things were better. For those of you who fear you will lose your sex drive---DON'T believe it. If you were a sexual person before, you will be a sexual person again. I have my orgasm in tact and it's actually easier to achieve than before. I am happier, healthier, and very satisfied with my result. I have not had any complications and really had no bleeding afterwards. I had a very good surgeon---by luck. Honestly, it's a routine surgery that history supports very good results. No regrets..None. Nada.

Right there with you. I wouldn't change a thing. Sex is so much better without the pain or bleeding.

Best decision I ever made. I only wish others had the identical result that I did.
