Bowel Prep Question

Having needed to drink Mag Citrate for another reason, I have a few hints.

Put it in the freezer about 30 min before you want to drink it - goes down better when cold.

I know it's 10 oz but drink it fast. It's got a funky but not horrible flavor - kinda like warm slightly unsweetened gatorade, even when it's cold. If you add anything to it (ice, gatorade, etc.) it just takes longer to get it down.

Try to drink it closer to the 3 o'clock time they gave you. Maybe you'll lose less sleep if the effects last a while. Effects can happen as soon as an hour later up to 8 hours later (as in my case).

it took me about 6 hours to drink 1/2 the bottle lol.....but it worked. I even mixed it with Sprite.

As bad as that was (I'm a picky eater anyway so I knew I'd hate it),trying to give myself a fleet enema was more fun lmao

it's 2009, pills and suppositoies should work just as well, you'd think
