Uncomfortable bloating after failed Ablation

I had an Eblation 1 year ago. Heavy bleeding and clotting stopped but pain continued and got worse with every passing month. To the point of seeing a psychologist and on antidepressants because my doc said there was nothing wrong and my second opinion wanted to do a total hysterectomy but wouldn't because he was friends with my first doc. Found awesome third doc who said Adenomyosis and has probably been there for a long time and that my Eblation failed.
He has hyst scheduled for June 13. I have read all posts about Eblations and other sisters having trouble after with severe bloating. Mine is getting bad and the pressure is very uncomfortable. I was wondering if after hyst will this go away?
