Hi everyone,

Yes, I am 3 months out. If I am going out at night I have to stay home all day to rest up. I get tried very quickly. I hope this gets better soon.

Janet-
Thanks so much for responding so quickly, I think I feel so good most of the time that my body just tells me when it has had enough. I appreciate your sharing Patti

As women we are used to having to do everything. At this time in our lives we can't. This is a long recovery. Your insides are still healing. There are certian machines at the gym I still can't use. Listen to your body and it will tell you what and what not you can do.
I know it ***** but after a year they say we will be normal again.

It took me 5 months to really feel better and to be able to make it a full day without taking a nap. Now, I am 6 months out (taking low dose of estrogen) and I feel wonderful.

There have only been a couple times this past month when I felt I did too much because I was tired the next day.

As we all know, the key is listening to our bodies.

It does get better!

I'm 5 months out and all is well. Physically I can do anything. My only problems are insomnia and hot flashes, which I hope will get better when I can finally take some estrogen at 6 months. I'm almost there! If I can just make it through the last of this horribly hot, dry Texas summer. Best wishes Ladies!
