I too, have the leg pain...when I stretch it helps. I had my ovaries out and within a few days home my MD put me on an estrogen patch..it worked like magic still does
no hot flashes and for the most part I sleep through he night..some days are better than others...but always check with the MD if your symptoms are bothersome
I believe we can aid our bodies by listening to them
Good luck and feel better

Thanks You all give me hope that eventually I will get back to the gym as well as other activities. In the meantime I'll just have listen to my body and remember about being patient with my progress.

I am just a few days past 4 months po, and I may take a nap when I get home at night after work. Have been riding a bike, but there are days when I am just plain tired. It does get better, but I found that exercise, even just plain walking is the best thing, It seemed like it lessened the tightness around my scar, and strengthend my abdominals. My dr says the more you gradually do, the better off we are..

Hey everyone,

Just came home form gyno appt am at my 5th month wasn't scheduled for appt!!!
Have had weird bump like cyst? Where middle of incision is, Last week was sore and filled up with fluid thought it was ingrown hair near pelvic area? Well anyway set appt for checkup of course it wasn't as bad when i saw Dr.
Am having cat scan and am kinda freaked again she thinks either hernia or endometiral tissue grew over site? Anyhow maybe surgery again has anything similar happened to any one???? Thanks Chris
