Feeling Spacey??? Hard to focus!!!

Hi there!

I have LMS cancer and with that I am unable to take the hormones that most women can take post surgery due to the fact that heavily inbalanced hormones generating a HUGE fibroid (s) which was removed...the bipopsy/path report showed cancer within the fibroid...

Anyway, I find myself having a hard time focusing...I have 4 children a business and it makes things really tough...granted I am about 6 weeks post op and maybe my brain will find me when I am close to being at 100% but in the meantime, any suggestions???

You have 4 children AND a business AND LMS cancer! My goodness, how would you not be a little "spacey" or distracted. My prayers are with you. Do some research on herbal remedies and ask your doc about options other than HRT, round up all of your friends and family members and ask for help. Give yourself a chance to absorb all that you have been through and count your blessings every day. Take care of yourself right now so you can take care of everything else later.

Wow - you do have your hands full. Have you checked out the Hyster Sister board for women in menopause not taking HRT? You can find it by clicking on the word "Message Boards" in the pink line above. Then scroll down to the board titled "No-hormone desert oasis for menopause management". This forum is designed just for women not taking HRT and looking for ways to ease the symptoms.
