Help!!

It has been 2.5 years since my hysterectomy - I know this sounds crazy - but I haven't had intercourse since then. Tonight I did and I bleed a lot and continued bleeding for a while. Is there something wrong with me? or is this normal?

Re: Help!!

Could be related to vaginal dryness. Call your dr tomorrow.

Re: Help!!

Hi Kimht
No, it's not normal to have bleeding this far out from your surgery. I agree you need to call and have your dr check it out. It can be dryness or several other things. Your dr will be able to help you.
There is a good site that talks about bleeding after a hysterectomy that will give you some more information.

Let us know what you find out. I hope everything goes well for you.
