Free Fluid 2 Years Post OP

After my hysterectomy in May 2012 I started having pretty horrible IBS symptoms. (Around September)Those symptoms got worse and now include anxiety and pain so bad I've fainted and been taking to the the hospital via ambulance twice.

I noticed I had pain in my right side when this happened. I've also noticed that when I have a BM the IBS symptoms worsen.

After having a bad pap (LSIL) supposedly due to dryness (I am praying) - I mentioned the pain in my side and my GYN told me they would do an US to see what was going on.

I had my US yesterday and they found fluid right under my bowel where my ovaries use to be.

SO - when I read about free fluid in the abdomen it gets scary. Has anyone experienced this? Please help. I am so anxious just because the doctors always seem WRONG.

I have not heard if this. After the ultrasound did the doc suggest draining?
