Eight weeks post-TAH/BSO

My husband and I are both retired within the last six months and I don't keep track of the day and date like I did when I was working. I've had to ask him a few times recently what the date is. We finished up breakfast this morning and he said, "Do you know what day it is?" I thought he'd lost track. Before I could answer him he smiled and said, "It's Monday, and it's been eight weeks!" Haven't heard the man be so pleased about a Monday in 39 years ;-)

My doc has had us wait two weeks beyond my six week check up. Do you suppose he'll sit up late watching tv tonight?
