Thanks a lot for your replies. Following my homeopath recommendations I've been using calendula in homeopathic solution and bee honey. They have helped me a lot and scar is flat (but red), and my belly is a lot less swollen. Now that the scar is healed, my doctor recommended me Dermatix, it's made with silicone components and vitamine C ester. I hope it will help.
