Middleschmitrz Anyone

Any one experience pain during ovulation - commonly called Middleschmirtz- after Hysterectomy?

I get pretty servere cases of this each month, however it lasts only 2-3 days.

I'm currently indecided on whether to have myomectomy, SAH, and am now considering possible having BSO also. I HATE the idea of having to go through surgical menopause, I'm only 35. The main reason for my surgery is fibroids - two, one 7cm and one 11cm, both penductaled. I also have mild endo, which may get worse if I leave my ovaries. Now I wonder if that is the right choice and maybe I should just get rid of everything?

Middleschmitrz Anyone

I get the ovulation pain pretty severely each month. I chose to keep my ovaries but expected them to shut down for awhile after surgery. Low and behold two weeks post surgery I had classic middleschmirtz. I am glad that my hormones are still cranking, but I think the levels are fluctuating because I am not sleeping well and I've been really cranky.
