How do you know what is too much?
Hello HysterSisters! I am so excited about this site and these messageboards. I have already learned so much about what I should be doing and what to expect! I had a LAVH on June 8, 2009 as a result of many years of endometreosis, three cysts on my ovaries and adhesions wrapped around my bowels. I am feeling unbelievably great and I guess I'm nervous about that. I was reading that I shouldn't be bending over and lifting things such as laundry and frypans. I have done both without pain and am guessing I am doing too much. How do you know what is too much? I've read the articles posted here, but I really don't have pain. The only issue I'm having is I get sick when I eat and have to be very careful about what I eat. Another interesting discovery is Diet Mountain Dew which used to be my "coffee" tastes terrible to me after surgery...wierd huh? Thanks to anyone that reads and listens.
